Service NEXT

Service NEXT is a global initiative that brings a transformation mindset and new processes and job roles to the After Sales on dealer level. I was especially responsible for the roll-out of the Scandinavian countries, Latin America, the USA, and Russia. This involved stakeholder management, training for change management and communication and facilitation of 1-week on-site workshops. Further I co-developed the strategy and concept for the initiative
